Power BI Weekly
Issue #312 - 17th June 2025
We've been provided with the Power BI June 2025 Feature Summary, which includes some greater flexibility when working with colleagues on pbix files with Sensitivity Labels applied, Power Query editing in the web for import models (Preview) (much like the experience for Dataflows that many of you will now be accustomed to), and that Field/Numeric Range parameters are now supported against Direct Lake tables (in Preview). Elsewhere on the announcements, Rui Romano has announced that we can now Open and edit any semantic model with Power BI tools - namely, using the TMDL view, you can now edit all properties of a semantic model without leaving Power BI Desktop - which has been a long time coming! Finally, Darren Gosbell has Released DAX Studio v3.3.0 including various usability enhancements and a new "High Contrast" theme.
