Only one small announcement this week, which is that there's been an Update to Direct Lake documentation, now expanding on topics such as its use-cases and security considerations. On the community front: we've been gifted a brand new Deneb custom visual from Davide Bacci - this time sharing a brilliant Bar Chart Race Visual. Elsewhere, Daniil Maslyuk has investigated What is Power Query’s time zone? with some interesting findings around Dataflows. Finally, it's great to see that John Kerski has joined Reid Havens to speak about DAX Query View Testing Patterns - a topic that is often overlooked in the BI space but is much-needed, which is why we've spoken about similar topics previously in our articles Testing Power BI Reports with the ExecuteQueries REST API and using SpecFlow and .NET.
