The only announcement from this week is that the On-premises data gateway February 2022 update is now available, which is now compatibile with the functionality available in the latest drop of Power BI Desktop. So, elsewhere this week, Soheil Bakhshi has given some handy tips about how to Optimise OData Refresh Performance in Power Query for Power BI and Excel, Gilbert Quevauvilliers has stumbled across a way to get the advanced filtering pane to show more than two items (surely it should be made easier than that!), and Antriksh Sharma has shown how to Use Python to Execute DAX Queries in Power BI & SSAS Tabular - Part 1, using the pythonnet & pyadomd packages which allows integration with the .NET ADOMD library.
