Power BI Weekly Issue 143: 8th February 2022
The main thing I'd like to highlight this week is the Power BI 2022 Release Wave 1 Plan, where my highlights would be:
- Automatic aggregations GA and Hybrid tables GA (May)
- Create reports in Power BI service with new data sources (Excel, CSV/Text, PDF) in preview (April)
- Quick measures using natural language (😲) in preview (April)
- Loads of accessibility improvements (July):
- Accessibility - improved slicer navigation
- Accessibility - improved table navigation
- Accessibility - reflow to support 400x zoom
- Accessibility - show visuals as tables
- Accessibility - smart narrative descriptions
- Administrative insights features to help admins have a high level view of loads of metrics in their tenant (PP March, GA Sep)
